Being Popular

So I'm going to start posting stories here instead of just adding them to the list as it doesn't seem to be that much popular, though I will link to it every now and then... like now! https://tgjesstales.blogspot.com/2019/05/the-one-list-to-link-it-all.html

On a more serious note, here's the link to a better edited place, otherwise feel free to read the story here in my blog quality!

Also this was a request I got over there, and have been working on.

Being Popular

College is a weird time for most people, as it’s their first true attempt at finding themselves
out by being thrown into all kinds of situations outside their comfort zone, dealing with things
they never had to worry about all while discovering what they really enjoy and want to get into,
and what they would prefer not to face ever again.

Nick was another such person, having spent his first two years at college dealing with
keeping his grades up, finding a job and joining a frat or club to meet people, though due to
his schedule, he would have to quit shortly after until he was able to find time to do something
again. Yet despite all the people he met, none really engaged much with him. Making him feel
just how unpopular and weird he was when compared with other people. Though he kept
trying, greeting people or being helpful, even if no one paid him much attention.

Things kept going this way until his birthday came around. It was his twentieth one and the
first time he would be spending it by himself. It was quite disappointing for him that neither his
family nor high school friends could make it, but he decided to get a small cake and even a
candle to wish upon, even if he was alone he wanted to do the whole thing, if only to make it
a little more enjoyable than it felt to him.

So after having dinner he set the cake with the candle on top and lit it and waited a few
seconds thinking of a wish, coming up with the only one that he felt sad about, he wished
to be popular as he blew the candle. Taking it off and eating the cake. After washing the
dishes, Nick went to bed, passing out as quickly as he had laid down.

The morning came and the sun shone on Nick’s face, forcing him to wake up. He felt quite
groggy and out of it for some reason, deciding to head to the bathroom to wash his face and
clear his head. He opened the faucet and held some water in his hands washing his face
before taking a towel, then noticing something odd in the mirror. His face looked much more
feminine than before, his lips seemed bigger and softer and even worse as what seemed like
two small breasts perked from his chest.

The mere sight of them caused Nick to gasp and panic, checking with his hands between his
legs, only to find a smooth gap where his manhood should have been. And as he kept
exploring with his soft and dainty hands reaching a very sensitive and alien spot, which sent
shivers all through his body as he touched it. It was indeed a vagina, he now had one…

As he explored his body he noticed how it had changed overnight, barely resembling his male
one except for his face which still looked quite similar, though very feminine now. A ton of
questions rushed through his head, when the alarm of his phone rang, which marked that he
would be late for classes if he didn’t get ready. He rushed to his closet and picked a shirt, a
jacket and a pair of pants that still fit him albeit a little loosely though they would have to do,
plus no one would be really looking at him, right?

As soon as he walked out the front door his nerves shot up, feeling as if everyone was
glancing at him, he quickly walked to the classroom, trying to hide his face and keep his
hips from swaying, as he just seemed to do it without thinking. Heading to a seat in the back
and trying to play it as calmly as he could. Once the teacher entered the room and the class
started, Nick forgot about his anxiety and got focused on class, as this subject was one he
enjoyed.

The teacher finished the class and headed out of the room, Nick started to put his things
away when he was approached by a girl who he recognized as Sabrina, the head of the most
popular sorority on campus, everyone knew who she was and Nick himself had greeted her a
number of times, though without anything else happening. She kept staring at him, before he
mustered the courage to speak up. “Excuse me but what do you need from me?” He asked,
almost gasping at the sound of his much softer and sweet voice.

“Hmmm… I feel like I know you but I just can’t put my finger on it…. What’s your name?”
Sabrina asked as she eyed Nick up and down. “It’s Nic… Nicole..” He corrected himself as
he didn’t want this girl to find out who he really was. She kept staring at him before talking
again. “I think I would remember a cutey like you… and you do remind me of someone…”
He blushed before replying “I think you are mistaking me for someone else and if you don’t
mind I need to get to my next class.” Throwing his things into his bag and darting for the exit,
as he heard Sabrina shouting something he couldn’t quite make out.

As he changed classrooms he felt something was off as he needed to look into a mirror.
Entering the guys bathroom from force of habit. His reflection looked even more feminine
that this morning, his lips even plumper than before, the shape of his face softer and rounder
all over, his hair longer than it had been. He could barely recognize himself, opening his jacket
to check on his chest, which in fact had grown at least a size since the morning. Turning
around he noticed a guy coming out of a stall, who was quite embarrassed at noticing him.
He turned and left, ashamed from being seen by a guy in his current state.

The rest of the day he spent trying to hide himself, leaving the campus before his classes
were over as he couldn’t keep his anxiety in check any longer. Back at his flat he locked the
door and undressed himself, shocked at the changes that kept happening. Both his breasts,
hip and ass kept getting bigger, changing his frame further than it already had. This scared
him so much he went to bed and covered himself with his bedsheets, wishing it was just a
nightmare he could wake up from. Staying there until tiredness got the best of him and he
faded into slumber.

Nick remained in bed for so long he didn’t know what time it was when he heard someone
knocking at the door. He remained under the sheets, but the person kept knocking making
it impossible to ignore. Finally tired and a little upset Nick slipped into some sweatpants and
a t-shirt and opened the door. “What do you want?!” He screamed as he opened the door,
only to be met by the perplexed and slightly happy face of Sabrina, who smiled at the sight
of Nick.

“Hey there Nicole… I wasn’t aware you lived here… or should I say Nick?” Sabrina said
in a condescending manner, clearly having fun having figured it out though Nick wasn’t
willing to admit it just like that. “I do live here… with Nick! He’s my boyfriend!” He said quickly
without thinking much about it, only interested on coming up with an excuse for him to be
there. “Really now? As far as I recall he was quite the forgettable guy… only reason I
remember him is because his face came up when I thought of yours… so unless you
two aren’t related, I doubt he would be banging you… and from what I know, he wasn’t
that popular with girls, much less a cutie like you…” She said teasingly, as if she was
convinced of what she was saying.

Nick was taken aback before deciding to reply. “How do you even know Nick lives here?
It’s not like you know him at all!” He shouted. “Oh dear, I know where everyone lives,
I’m not just a pretty face… I’m also pretty smart and get a bunch of perks thanks to it…
knowing everything around campus is just my pass time…” Sabrina replied while giggling.
“And from what I know, you were registered a man, and there’s no Nicole at all… so how
about you let me in and you explain all about your current appearance?” Sabrina said
confidently, as she could tell Nick had run out of ideas, stepping to the side and letting
Sabrina enter his flat. She looked around at the mess, as it hadn’t been cleaned since Nick
had hidden in his bed. “How about I first help you with this and then we can move on to the
matter at hand?” She asked as she picked up some clothes and food boxes off the floor,
getting a bag to throw the trash into.

After the place was cleaned, Sabrina took a seat in front of Nick, who had brought a cup of
tea for both, as it was the only thing he had to offer. “Feel free to begin.” Sabrina said. “Well,
truthfully I have no idea, last I remember was making a wish and waking up this way…
though not exactly like this…” He replied while he motioned to his chest. “I know since they
weren’t that big when I saw you in class, I’m sure you can’t hide those with any clothing
now…” Sabrina said as she looked at them, causing Nick to blush. “And what’s it to you?”
Nick replied as he covered his chest, blocking Sabrina’s view. “You can’t think I can leave a
lovely girl like you all alone while her body changes! And from what I see, you don’t have
any fitting clothes!” Sabrina exclaimed as she pointed at Nick. “Why would I need them?
I’m a guy! And you don’t know if I will turn back!” He quickly replied.

“Even if you were to turn back you don’t know when that will happen, and you can’t expect to
spend the rest of the time hiding in your room! I know you can’t afford to lose this semester
nor being without a job!” Sabrina pointed out, while Nick could only look at the ground. “So
now that that’s settled, let’s go get you some clothes!” Sabrina said as she walked towards
Nick, grabbing him by the arm and dragging him outside. “Come on! I swear you won’t regret
this!” She assured him, his face showing his disbelief.

All the eyes were on them as they entered a clothes store, Sabrina grabbing a bunch of
clothes and underwear before handing it all to Nick and thrusting him into a changing room.
“Don’t worry about getting measured, I’m pretty good at telling by just looking at a girl, so
have fun!” She said while closing the door, leaving Nick with the underwear and clothes
which he had never thought would be wearing. It felt so odd to slip the underwear on, it fit
him just like Sabrina said it would. Then putting the dress on, it was white with a flower
pattern, and as he checked himself in the mirror he was astonished, not embarrassed or
ashamed but rather happy with his appearance.

Sabrina gasped as Nick came out of the changing room with the dress, his face beaming
with confidence and happiness for the first time since the change. “I guess I’m better at this
than I thought!” Sabrina shouted as she jumped onto Nick and hugged him. “So I guess you
are feeling better now aren’t you Nickie?” She asked him. At which he smiled and replied “I
think Nicole is better…” Hugging again with Sabrina. “Okay, how about we get something to
celebrate with? To your time as Nicole so that it may be a fun one!” Sabrina said as they
grabbed the clothes and took them to the cashier paying for it all, as a gift for the new girl.

Back at the flat they tossed the new clothes into Nicole’s room and had something to eat,
before Sabrina dropped a suggestion on Nicole “Hey I think the girls would love to spend time
with you! How about I call them and we can let loose in your first girls night out?” She happily
exclaimed as she messaged the other sorority girls. They all arrived shortly after, bringing
bottles of booze and some toys to have fun, as Sabrina wanted to ease Nicole into the fun a
bit at a time. Suddenly one of the girls shouted “Picture!!” to which Sabrina placed her arm
over Nicole and smiled, with her doing the smiling towards the camera, as it would be the
first of many she would take with her BFF.

From then on Nicole was another of the sorority sister’s, being known as part of the most
popular group in campus. It had been months since Nick had become Nicole and at this point
she didn’t care, she was happier than ever being part of such a great group, having her BFF
that got her a better job which allowed Nicole to have more free time for her studies and
having fun, and oddly enough, she felt closer to Sabrina than ever before wondering what
their relationship would come to be, yet the only thing she was sure about was that Nicole
was here to stay and she was loving it.
